www.martincbt.com provides information about Lynn Martin’s online psychotherapy services. The terms of use are between you and Lynn Martin, a certified Nationally Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist, California Licensed Registered Nurse, and California and Nationally Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist. By using this site, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please do not use the site if you do not agree with the terms.

Modification:

From time to time Lynn Martin may need to make changes in the terms and conditions. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the site. Lynn Martin will notify you of significant changes by email or a notice. Please check these terms and conditions from time to time.

About Lynn Martin’s Services:

Lynn Martin provides individual psychotherapy, and sometimes group therapy, for adults, older teens and older adults. She specializes in working with people who live with anxiety and/or mood disorders. She also specializes in helping people who live with bipolar spectrum disorders, and people experiencing cognitive decline. Her goals are to help all clients find more effective ways to manage their symptoms, decrease suffering, and engage in things that matter to them.

Privacy on the website:

Lynn Martin does not collect personal information on this website. When you email her through Square-space on the website, please do not disclose any personal information you want kept confidential. Online psychotherapy sessions are conducted via a Zoom platform that is HIPAA (Health Information Portability and Accountability ACT) protected. Privacy issues pertaining to psychotherapy sessions will be discussed with you at your initial sessions with Lynn Martin and in your treatment agreement with Lynn Martin.
